Bringing together the Pilates method and principles to life by our highly trusted and experienced instructors on the Reformer & Mat.

Our experienced Instructors will guide, support and celebrate you throughout your class. We are not just instructors; we're your movement partners, ensuring you get the most out of every session.

Our FLEXX, is simple: we are here to consistently host, high quality and meaningful exercise experience, as many days per week you desire. We offer a diverse range of options, from a wide range of group classes and styles, one-on-one and semi-private sessions. Our passionate and friendly instructors blend functional movement, strength, cardio, flexibility, and overall fitness into every session, ensuring it's not only effective, but fun.

Our studio

Our New York Loft fit out was inspired by the fact the very first Pilates Studio in the world was in NEW York. We love a fun fact.

Our high-end reformers are Australian Made. These are best in class for a quality experience you can trust. These are big, so to our tall humans, and gents you are all welcome, we got you too!

Our studio is centrally located in Albion Park Rail NSW. Shout out to all the surrounding suburbs, we’re here for you.

FAQs

  • 5 - 7 mins allows you to come in, put your socks on, find your Reformer or Mat and either lay down and simply breathe, stretch or chat, you choose.

    • Grip socks,

    • Sweat towel

    • Water bottle

    Please remove all jewellery for better & safer movement. This also means no loss of your belongings and damage of our equipment.

  • We get it, it happens to the best of us at times.

    We are tight for time as our class has been carefully curated for a great experience for all clients. So, its really important to not break the flow, focus and energy of a class that is in session.

    If this happens to you, go for a beautiful walk to decompress the stress of being late. BREATHE.

    Check to see if there is a spot in the next class and we will be happy to see you then.

  • Oops, life happens. Firstly we hope you are ok!

    If you are late or a no show, you forfeit this booked session.

    If you are late or a no show, a $15 no show fee is debited to your account. If you have a class pack, your class is credited back as we want to see you next time.

    Our waitlist is there to give everyone a chance to come in and move. If possible, please cancel 3 hours prior. Good news, no fee will be charged and you keep your credit on your pack or membership. This also means the next person can get into class. WIN WIN for all!

    Simply, introduce them to our Feel it Trial , 5 classes in 14 days.

    If you are a FOUNDATION or FLEXXED UNLIMITED member you get to invite 2 friends (Complimentary) for every 3 month term. Jump on and book them in. Cant wait to meet them!

  • Oh no, this would be sad news to us and our community to see you go. Please do reach out for a chat to see if we can help out. We don’t just care, we care a lot.

    Like signing up it is simple, you can cancel in the APP or online. Your end date will be the end of your nominated term. So please, keep coming until it is finished.


  • If you are coming from North or South on the Princes Highway, turn into Kaylaur Crescent and there is plenty of parking out the back. If you’re lucky you could get parking on the highway (Southbound).

    Either way it is super close, less than 20-50 meters.

  • We all had that thought, so you’re not alone.

    3 things you can do

    1. Book a single Class and simply try it. I warn you you wish you had bought the Feel It Trial which is 5 classes for not much more.

    2. Book a Feel IT Trial and simply enjoy 5 classes

    3. Have a friend who has a FOUNDATION OR FLEXXED UNLIMITED membership, they can invite you for a free class.

  • Once you have a medical clearance from your doctor and or advise from your physiotherapist, chat to our Instructors to advise on which classes or sessions are appropriate. From here we will either build you a personalised plan for private sessions or advise modifications for you in classes. We are happy for your physician to email us any contraindications we should be informed of. We will add a note on file so we can monitor your progress.

    This is the perfect start and you have to start somewhere.

    All Pilates movements have principles of movement which are applied by our experienced Instructors in all of our classes and sessions.

    First, try a Foundation class, or a Private session to start and ease your way through your movement journey. You’ll be glad you did.
