Featuring 45-50 minutes of Reformer and Mat Pilates, our classes are designed for all levels of experience and fitness. We bring together the Pilates method and principles to life by our highly trusted and experienced instructors, who guide, support and celebrate you throughout your fitness / wellness journey. We are not just instructors; we're your movement partners, ensuring you get the most out of every session.

FOUNDATION

Beginners & Pre/Postnatal

Perfect for beginners and mums (pre & postnatal), focusing on the fundamental principles of the Pilates method. With expert guidance, you will simply move better, discover and connect with your body, safely.

FLOW

All Levels

Strengthen, stabilize your body head to toe while you enhance mobility. Perfect for all levels, you’ll apply fundamental Pilates principles to smooth, controlled transitions—building confidence for progressions.

FLEXX

All Levels

FLExxI

All Levels

Improve flexibility, mobility, and enhance daily movement. Using the Reformer, Mat & props to stretch and lengthen with control, improving range of motion, posture, and overall body function.

All Levels

The ultimate fusion of strength, cardio, mobility, and flexibility—all in one! Move with control, improving stability, strength, endurance, and range of motion.

A variety of plans will be offered for our more personalised sessions.

All sessions will commence with an Initial assessment so we can write a program just for you.

You then decide what works for your lifestyle and budget.

You may need specific rehab requirements where we can be guided by your physician or you may want to challenge your body to new movement mastery. Either way we are here for it.

We will soon have some more Pilates equipment to play with and sessions will open soon.

Our timetable has been designed to offer you and your body a variety of class styles over the week so that all your movement needs are covered.

Our timetable is available 4 weeks in advance. As our community grows, our timetable will too. Please note, Public Holidays hours will be published in advance.

    Please remove all jewellery for better & safer movement. This also means no loss of your belongings and damage to our equipment.


  • 5 - 7 mins allows you to come in, put your socks on, find your Reformer or Mat and either lay down and simply breathe, stretch or chat, you choose.

  • Once you have a medical clearance from your doctor and or advise from your physiotherapist, chat to our Instructors to advise on which classes or sessions are appropriate. From here we will either build you a personalised plan for private sessions or advise modifications for you in classes. We are happy for your physician to email us any contraindications we should be informed of. We will add a note on file so we can monitor your progress.

    All Pilates movements have principles of movement which are applied by our experienced Instructors in all of our classes and sessions.

    First, try a Foundation class, or a Private session to start and ease your way through your movement journey. You’ll be glad you did.
