CLASS AND STUDIO INFO

  • 5 - 7 mins allows you to come in, put your socks on, find your Reformer or Mat and either lay down and simply breathe, stretch or chat, you choose.

    • Grip socks,

    • Sweat towel

    • Water bottle

    Please remove all jewellery for better & safer movement. This also means no loss of your belongings and damage of our equipment.

  • Oops, life happens. Firstly we hope you are ok!

    If you are late or a no show, you forfeit this booked session.

    A $15 no show fee is debited to your account.

    Our waitlist is there to give everyone a chance to come in and move. If possible, please cancel 3 hours prior. Good news, no fee will be charged and you keep your credit on your pack or membership. This also means the next person can get into class. WIN WIN for all!

  • If you are coming from North or South on the Princes Highway, turn into Kaylaur Crescent and there is plenty of parking out the back. If you’re lucky you could get parking on the highway (Southbound).

    Either way it is super close, less than 20-50 meters.

  • We get it, it happens to the best of us at times.

    We are tight for time as our class has been carefully curated for a great experience for all clients. So, its really important to not break the flow, focus and energy of a class that is in session.

    If this happens to you, go for a beautiful walk to decompress the stress of being late. BREATHE.

    Check to see if there is a spot in the next class and we will be happy to see you then.

    Like signing up it is simple, you can cancel in the APP or online. Your end date will be the end of your nominated term. So please, keep coming until it is finished.

  • Once you have a medical clearance from your doctor and or advise from your physiotherapist, chat to our Instructors to advise on which classes or sessions are appropriate. From here we will either build you a personalised plan for private sessions or advise modifications for you in classes. We are happy for your physician to email us any contraindications we should be informed of. We will add a note on file so we can monitor your progress.

    This is the perfect start and you have to start somewhere.

    All Pilates movements have principles of movement which are applied by our experienced Instructors in all of our classes and sessions.

    First, try a Foundation class, or a Private session to start and ease your way through your movement journey. You’ll be glad you did.

    We all have a body that needs to move and function well, right? Especially, if your job is sedentary or physical, both bodies need different things. Pilates has you covered.

  • We would love you and bump to join our classes. Our Instructors can work with you and advise what is safe for you to move well.

    Please ensure you have a doctors clearance to move.

    Let us know when you sign up your expected due date and keep us updated as you progress through your trimesters.

    Always eat a small meal / snack and drink plenty of water at least 2 hours prior to class. bring a water bottle with you too.
