Cassandra Gersbach

FOUNDER & Pilates INSTRUCTOR

Living a fulfilling life, with family, loved ones, work, study and of course Pilates. My only regret is not having connected with Joe Pilates method earlier. Having personally tried many modalities since a young age from Aerobics, Weight Lifting, Cross fit and even Tae Bo back in the day ha-ha, while all had their purpose, were fun and I have a lot of fond memories, however as I listen to my body’s needs I was in search for something sustainable. The minute I got on a reformer I knew it was a machine to be honoured and respected, I was humbled and encouraged all at the same time. Following on from my own personal experience and enjoying movement in my own body, I knew I had to learn more about the Pilates Method. I started with reformer training and was certified at HIIT Pilates Sydney NSW. Once I began teaching my eyes were opened to more apparatus like the Trapeze, Wunda Chair, Barrels just to name a few. While scary at first, I embraced this in my body and challenged my mental capacity for learning again. (Why didn’t I do this when I was 25?)  I soon enrolled and now am comprehensive trained in Studio and Mat certified with Polestar Pilates Brookvale NSW.

With 1000’s+ of hours under my wing, beautiful mentors and fellow colleagues Australia wide, it’s time to share with my community. So as an outcome of my personal sacrifices mixed with a labour of love…FLEXX CO is born. I hope you enjoy this space, and it too becomes your space to help you define your FLEXX in and out of the studio.

    Rachel Nichols

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    I initially fell in love with Pilates as I saw it as my “me-time”. It is one of the only activities where I was able to successfully switch my brain off from all the noise. I was able to focus on something that made me feel good, so it was great for not only my physical health but also mental health.

    I love that it is a low impact sport that increases strength, flexibility, balance & posture. In my classes, you’ll find a good mix of all of this, lots of variety & plenty of opportunities to find that extra spice!

    Allira Fialkowski

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    I am a Diploma qualified  PITC Pilates Instructor. I have been teaching since 2019 to a variety of clients in group classes, semi private and private sessions. 

    I was first introduced to Pilates during a mat class back in 2001 and loved how it reminded me of my days as a gymnast balancing strength and stretch.

    In my classes you can expect individualised attention and hands on correction. My classes are challenging and a mix of traditional and modern exercises. My classes are designed for everybody!

    When I’m not at the studio teaching, I prefer a relaxing day outdoors at the beach exploring the surrounding areas. I also enjoy watching true crime documentaries.

  • TRISH MCDOUGALL

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    I am a wife and a mother of two young adults. In previous career paths I have dedicated my time as a nurse & childcare nurse/teacher. I have always loved caring for people & challenged them to grow. I am a multi business owner of a highly respected fast-food franchise for the last 18 years.

    My role has always been hands on in training & leading staff of all ages.

     From my first class of reformer Pilates, I felt inspired to help others feel the way reformer makes me feel so I studied Reformer & Mat Pilates through Breathe Education.

     My goal as a Pilates teacher is to encourage fearless movements in fun & safe classes. I aim to instill confidence in all client’s own physicality & freedom of movement.

    There is always a new move to teach or a new way to the make exercising more challenging therefore there is always growth physically & mentally.

     I believe Pilates helps with aspects of pain, rehabilitation, body sculpting & strength to all body areas.

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    I fell in love with Pilates for the way it makes you feel, strong, grounded, and completely connected to your body. That passion led me to complete my Reformer Pilates teacher training. I’ve loved sharing the magic of Pilates ever since.

    My teaching style is upbeat, flowy and fun, I like to use just the right prop to fire up your muscles and dial in your alignment. I want you leaving class feeling strong, centered, and like you've worked every muscle.

    Outside the studio, I’m a medical student obsessed with all things wellness and movement. If I’m not deep in anatomy textbooks, you’ll find me on the hockey field, at touch footy, or playing pretty much any sport I can get my hands on!

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Hi, I’m Emily—but you can call me Em! I’m a qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor with a genuine passion for helping people move in ways that feel fun, empowering, and enjoyable. After being a client for over three years and falling in love with all things Pilates, I took a leap of faith to turn my passion into a career and I’ve never looked back.

    In my classes, you can expect a mix of strength, dynamic movement, and fun finishers designed to give every muscle group some love. My favourite part of teaching is seeing clients leave feeling stronger, more energised, and full of those good endorphins. My goal is to share what I love with you and hopefully bring a little extra joy to your day.

    When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me curled up in the sunshine with a book I can’t stop talking about, or out in nature exploring new hiking spots with friends.

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    I fell in love with reformer Pilates while living in Queenstown NZ — I adored everything about the experience: the welcoming instructor, the beautiful studio setting, the energy of moving alongside other women, and that incredible feeling of strength and mind-body connection (hello, core muscles!).


    My teaching style is grounded and flowy, always offering a full-body workout and weaving in balance and stability work whenever possible. I want Pilates to be one of the best parts of your day — whether that means taking all the spicy options for an extra burn or opting for a gentler flow to honour where your body’s at. I’m continually expanding my knowledge and evolving my approach to help you get the most out of your practice.

    Outside of the studio, you’ll find me swimming + sunbaking at the beach, playing doubles tennis or pickleball (I’m totally hooked!), coaching clients in health and life, and diving into all things personal growth and holistic wellness.

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Movement has always been a big part of my life, having a background in dance spanning over 15 years, I was drawn to the way Pilates blends strength, flow and mindfulness. After taking my first class in 2022, I instantly knew it was something I wanted as a permanent part of my life. I completed my Reformer Pilates instructor training through Barre Body and i’m excited to continue expanding my knowledge, exploring all styles and approaches to deepen my practice and teaching.

    I love all styles of Pilates - from flow to strong, powerful sequences - and I appreciate how each class offers time to yourself to switch off, reconnect and take time just for you.

    Above all, I am passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive space where clients of all backgrounds feel safe, confident and empowered in their movement journey.

    Outside of the studio, I love spending quality time with my loved ones, I live right by the beach so you will catch me there walking or spending time in the sun!
