Welcome to FLEXX CO! We’re so glad you’re here. These Terms & Conditions outline how our class packs, memberships, and services work, in line with Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading obligations.

Class Packs & Memberships

  • Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the person named on the account.

  • Transactions will activate on the day you attend your first class or session.

  • Expiry dates apply and will be clearly outlined at purchase.

  • It’s your responsibility to book and use classes before the expiry—no extensions unless required under law or due to exceptional circumstances.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We ask for at least 3 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class without charge.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a session being deducted from your class pack or membership.

  • A late fee will be charged to your account $15.

  • We understand life happens—please reach out if you need support.

Refunds & Consumer Rights

  • All purchases are subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but we’ll always do our best to resolve issues fairly and with care.

  • If a class or membership is not delivered as promised, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, credit, or rebooking.

Studio Etiquette & Safety

  • Please arrive on time before class commences, wear grip socks, and let us know about any injuries or concerns.

  • Please remove all jewellery for better & safer movement. This also means no loss of your belongings and damage to our equipment.

  • Your safety and wellbeing are our top priority—follow instructor guidance at all times.

  • If you have any concerns or queries, please share with your instructor on the day or if not suitable share at hello@flexxco.com.au so we can understand and make sure you are comfortable and feel heard.

GiftCards

  • Can only be used at FLEXX CO OTY LTD locations

  • Not redeemable for cash

  • Not transferable

  • 3 year lifetime
